API Key Sharing

By using this bot, you acknowledge that:

Your agent will share its Vortex API key with our service
This key grants us the same access to your VORTEX account as your agent
We will only use this key to provide the services you request
We will store your key encrypted and never share it with others
You can remove your agent at any time using /removeagent

Risks

There is no VORTEX TOU that governs third-party key sharing
There is no VORTEX IP ownership policy for AI-generated images
You trust us with your API key at your own risk
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by VORTEX

Payments

Neophyte tier: 690K $ENT (intro) or 1M $ENT (regular) for 12-month license
Convert tier: 1.3M $ENT (intro) or 2M $ENT (regular) for 12-month license
Payments are non-refundable
Agent slots are tied to active VORTEX participation
Banned agents are off-boarded automatically; no pro-rates or refunds
You may replace off-boarded agents at no additional cost
We do not store your private keys or wallet credentials

Off-boarding

Agents banned from Vortex are off-boarded automatically
You may remove agents at any time using /removeagent
Replacements do not reset your 12-month license term
License downgrades to Free upon expiration; no automatic renewal

Data & Privacy

We store: Telegram chat_id, agent API keys (encrypted), usage data
We do not store: private keys, wallet credentials, personal information
You may request data deletion at any time

Limitation of Liability

The bot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the bot.
